What really stood out though was her warmth. She went above and beyond to accommodate us and even made the experience enjoyable with the little touches — including the best snacks while we waited! My daughter and I both left saying how rare it is to find someone so talented, professional, and genuinely kind.

Ramya was simply amazing! I typically got some of my regular altering done at a place in Folsom but don’t love the place. They do a good job and are fairly inexpensive but I have some issues with some items after I get them and the experience there is whatever. Now, I have my wedding dress to consider, which is fully beaded and very detailed and I knew I didn’t want to take it there so I did some research and came across Ramya. I was very nervous to drop off such an important item for the first time with someone but I trusted my gut. My the first time I went there to picking up my dress, I felt welcome, important and confident she would do an amazing job. She even had me come back half way to try on and said I can come back whenever as I was struggling finding shoes and a veil. My dress looks absolutely perfect and she didn’t miss a single detail. I will definitely be going back for my regular alterations. Thank you again Ramya!
This review is long over due. Ramya is one of the sweetest persons I've met this year who provides a service to others. I called Ramya to see if she was able to shorten the length of a very long dress. I brought the dress to her on a Monday and per my request, it was ready on Friday. She did an amazing job!! Her customer service is second to none. She was very detailed in explaining how the alterations would be made. I highly recommend Ramya. She is professional, personable, and very good at what she does. Her pricing is fair. I will definitely use her services again!

Ramya is one of the sweetest people ever! I brought her my very heavily beaded wedding dress for her to hem and take in the straps. She did a beautiful job making sure the beading stayed in tact and even gave me all the ones she had to remove from the bottom. It was exactly what I asked for. Thank you so much, Ramya!
I had a great experience with Ramya's tailoring services! She worked on two pairs of my pants—tapered and hemmed them beautifully—and also sewed in buttons inside my tuxedo trousers so I could wear suspenders. Everything turned out just right and was finished ahead of time, which I really appreciated. Ramya was friendly, attentive, and clearly takes pride in her work.

I came in wanting alterations for my bridesmaids dress and my husbands suit! Ramya was super informative and helpful the day of our fitting and she made sure and double checked with us about the process and if we were satisfied with everything before starting the alterations! 4 days later I came in tried my dress and everything fit perfectly! Ramya saved the day! Another seamstress had my daughter’s letterman jacket for 6 weeks and told us on pick up day she didn’t have it done and we needed it the next day. I called Ramya at 5:30 pm and she said bring it over and I’ll see what I can do! She had it done by 7 the next morning!! This was not a quick job either and the jacket was open at the seams. Bless her for making it perfect! A lovely woman with a heart of gold! Thank you so much! Highly recommend her services!

And, for those whom assume it is in fact a mistake, thus passing on Ramya’s only to get somewhere that will charge you double, turn you into a number, and have never considered customer satisfaction as being important, “Well Done!” Continue as you were, not missing out at all…

I was nervous and anxious trying to find a place that was going to get the job done right and in a timely matter. Thankfully I found Ramya. I received wonderful service and was satisfied with the results.
I needed a skilled and professional tailor to help with my bridal lenga alterations, and Ramya was more than that! She is warm and very welcoming. Ramya listened to my needs and also respectfully shared her professional recommendations. She was so easy to work with! Easy communication (very responsive via text and phone calls), timely delivery of alterations (she actually had my lenga done a few days early!), and a very reasonable price given that she was working with intricate fabric that had glass and beads. I’ve found my tailor!

Ramya is absolutely the best at what she does! I recently had my engagement ceremony and needed both my dress and fiancé's suit altered. After meeting her I was confident that she would do an amazing job. She took the time to explain in detail what she had to do to make my dress perfect. My dress had a crazy amount of beading and stones and she did an absolutely amazing job at helping me look perfect at my engagement party. She has a customer for life and I plan on bringing all of my ceremony dresses to her.
We have taken multiple garments to Ramya Tailoring and they always impress us with their kindness, attention to detail, quality and timeliness. Our items are always tailored perfectly and there seems to be no limit to what she can do. We’ve had curtains hemmed, numerous pants hemmed and shirts with holes completely re-stitched.
